HOW IT WORKS
Move-In Ready Relocation to British Columbia
Relocating to British Columbia doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. Our Move-In Ready Relocation service is designed to provide clarity, structure, and hands-on support — so you can arrive feeling confident, comfortable, and at home.
STEP 1: INQUIRE
Start by completing our online relocation inquiry form.
You’ll be asked about your timeline, budget, lifestyle needs, and the level of support you’re looking for.
This helps us determine whether our services are the right fit for your move.
Once submitted, qualified inquiries are reviewed within 2–3 business days.
STEP 2: COMPLETE THE QUESTIONNAIRE
If your relocation aligns with our services and availability, you’ll receive a detailed questionnaire to complete.
This step allows us to: • Understand your lifestyle and priorities • Prepare thoroughly for our meeting • Ensure our time together is focused and productive
STEP 3: INITIAL CONSULTATION
We’ll meet online to discuss your relocation in detail.
During this consultation, we will:
• Review your relocation goals and timeline
• Discuss location and rental expectations in BC
• Align on budget and level of service
• Confirm the most suitable relocation package
• After the call, you’ll receive a clear outline of next steps.
STEP 4: PROPOSAL & CONFIRMATION
You’ll receive a customized proposal outlining the scope of services for your selected package.
Once the proposal is approved and the service fee is paid, your relocation support officially begins.
Please note: availability is limited to ensure a high level of service.
STEP 5: RELOCATION & HOME SETUP
Depending on your selected package, services may include:
• Apartment search support and coordination
• Connection with trusted local professionals
• Furnishing planning and sourcing
• Delivery coordination and home setup
• Grocery stocking for your first week
• Airport pickup upon arrival
Each step is handled with care, organization, and attention to detail.
STEP 6: ARRIVAL & MOVE-IN SUPPORT
For Full and Premium packages, we ensure your home is functional and welcoming when you arrive.
Premium clients receive additional in-person support, a final walkthrough, and post-arrival adjustments to ensure everything feels just right.

• Service fees cover relocation coordination, design, and support services only
• Rent, furniture, groceries, and moving costs are not included
